I hold a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology)(Honours), and am a registered psychologist with AHPRA. I have experience working with people with various disabilities (ASD, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Acquired Brain Injury, Intellectual Impairments, and Cerebral Palsy), those struggling with their mental health in the perinatal period, and children. 

I work with individuals of all ages, from children aged 3+ to older adults. 

Medical Matters:

Come As You Are Psychology is proud to rent a space at a small, family owned GP Practice in Murrumba Downs. We are located at 14/2 Goodrich Road West, Murrumba Downs QLD 4503m offering in-person consultations every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 

Telehealth Services:

In addition to our in-person services, Come As You Are Psychology offers telehealth treatment options, enabling clients to receive psychological support from any location in Australia. These services are accessible via online or phone consultations, ensuring you can receive care as long as you have an appropriate phone or internet connection.

You are not required to have a referral to schedule an appointment, however if you would like to use a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) to receive a Medicare rebate, you must obtain a referral from your GP. 

A standard consultation costs $200 (46-60 minute session).

With a valid MHCP, a Medicare rebate of $96.65 is available, resulting in an out-of-pocket expense of $103.35

Note: Both the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) provide a recommended schedule of fees for private psychology services. For the 2024-2025 period, the standard consultation fee for a 46 to 60-minute session is set between $311-$315. 

Come As You Are Psychology charges less than the APS and AAPi recommendation.
